The role focuses on executing functional configuration, requirements documentation, testing, and cutover activities while operating under the direction of SAP solution and architecture leads. This position works closely with business users, SAP developers, project managers, and support teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with Mohawk/Dal-Tile SAP standards.\nThis role does NOT provide current or future sponsorship assistance\n\nPlease note that we will NOT provide relocation assistance (Candidates are expected to relocate on own 3 weeks from time of offer acceptance)\n\nEmployees are required to report in office 4 days a week / 7834 CF Hawn Freeway | Dallas, Texas 75217 (NO NEGOTIATION)\n\nThis is a direct hire role; We are NOT open to employing through contractor or agency\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPartner with SAP solution and architecture leads to support SAP FTM initiatives by executing SAP configuration, functional documentation, and assigned project tasks.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document SAP FTM requirements and related business processes.\nTranslate approved business requirements into functional design and configuration documentation for SAP FTM.\nSupport gap analysis activities for SAP FTM within defined solution and architectural direction.\nExecute unit testing and system integration testing (SIT) for SAP FTM solutions; support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.\nCoordinate with developers, business users, and support teams to align deliverables, manage dependencies, and resolve functional issues.\nParticipate in cutover planning and execution, including test validation, data checks, and operational readiness activities.\nPerform high-quality functional analysis reliably and consistently.\nEnsure quality and best practices by adhering to Mohawk/Dal-Tile SAP standards, global solution templates, and documentation guidelines.\nProactively work with Project Managers and Vendor Project Teams to drive resolution and closure of SAP FTM functional issues.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to identify and support incremental process, system, and functional improvements within SAP FTM.\nActively build and enhance SAP FTM functional knowledge and capabilities.\nDocument outcomes, issues, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.\nPerform other SAP-related duties as required.\nRequired Experience and Education\nBachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.\n8-10 years of relevant SAP experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nIntermediate functional knowledge of SAP FI, CO, and other related modules with the aptitude and motivation to deepen expertise.\nKnowledge of Vistex Rebates and Commissions preferred but not mandatory\nGeneral understanding of ERP systems and the system development life cycle (SDLC).\nExperience supporting SAP functional activities such as configuration, documentation, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and cutover.\nExperience working with business users and cross-functional delivery teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools.\n\nNote: SAP solution design, architecture ownership, and overall solutioning responsibilities are provided by SAP solution leads; this role executes under that guidance.\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical skills to understand, document, and support SAP business processes.\nAbility to execute assigned functional responsibilities while following established solution direction.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\nWillingness to learn and expand SAP FTM functional expertise.\nTeam-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nOther Pertinent Information\nIndividual contributor role with no direct reports.\nOccasional travel may be required based on project needs.\nCollaborative, fast-paced IT and business environment.\nDisclaimer: This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications.
