This role partners with QA, Development, DevOps, and business teams to improve software quality, test efficiency, and release reliability across enterprise applications and platforms.\nThis role does NOT provide current or future sponsorship assistance\n Please note that we will NOT provide relocation assistance (Candidates are expected to relocate on own 3 weeks from time of offer acceptance)\n Employees are required to report in office 4 days a week / 7834 CF Hawn Freeway | Dallas, Texas 75217 (NO NEGOTIATION)\nThis is a direct hire role; We are NOT open to employing through contractor or agency\nDuties and Responsibilities of the Position:\nDesign and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and reusable automation components\nDefine automation standards, best practices, and testing strategies across QA teams\nLead automation initiatives for functional, regression, integration, and API testing\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the SDLC\nMentor QA automation engineers and provide technical leadership\nAnalyze automation metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement\nSupport enterprise applications, web platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutions\nParticipate in architecture reviews, release planning, and environment strategy discussions\nRequired Experience and Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred\n7+ years of QA and test automation experience\n3+ years in an automation architecture or technical leadership role\nExperience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, or UFT\nStrong programming/scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions\nStrong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies\nExperience with Jira or other test and defect management tools\nPreferred Skills\nAP testing experience\nAPI automation experience\nCloud platform knowledge (AWS or Azure)\nPerformance testing experience\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities\nCompetencies:\nTechnical Leadership\nStrategic Thinking\nContinuous Improvement\nCollaboration\nProblem Solving\nQuality Focus\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
