This role provides administrative support to help identify and address organizational training needs and support a culture of continuous learning.\nWhat you’ll do:\nEnsure the New Team Member Experience program is welcoming, thorough, and incorporates company culture.\nCoordinates with production training leaders to support and coach new hires for on-the-job performance.\nAid in implementing innovative opportunities for advancement and career paths for employees.\nPartner with HR and Talent Development to gather data to analyze employee retention.\nAssist with all aspects of HR process and procedures.\nAssist in developing training programs or methods.\nPerform other duties as needed.\nWhat you have:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.\n0-2 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.\nBilingual English/Spanish preferred.\nWhat you’re good at:\nApplies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.\nExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.\nProficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.\nWhat else?\nThis role may work in classrooms, offices, and high-traffic production floors.\nOccasional travel may be required. \nMohawk Industries is a leading global flooring manufacturer that creates products to enhance residential and commercial spaces around the world.
