The successful candidate can work from our Burlington, or Toronto offices.\n\nPosition Overview\n\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in the Material and Vendor Governance committees which consist of data stewards, from hospitals and Mohawk Medbuy Corporation, who are responsible for defining policies, standards, and goals for critical business data. As policies and standards are defined, develop work activities to be carried out and then monitor the data to ensure that compliance is maintained. \nListen to and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.\nContribute towards and ensure the published data standards and rules are up to date with current data policies and made available to all data stewards. \nData cleansing and validation of goods & services through the extensive use of online resources, global data pools, and supplier networks \nMaintain master and transactional data into multiple ERP systems based on standardized forms and templates Maintain data loading tools and scripts to align with maturing standard operating procedures \nFacilitate internal training sessions and act as a subject matter expert in master data initiatives \nFacilitate monthly meetings with cross functional teams to ensure data alignment, accuracy, and completeness is achieved for all products carried at the Distribution Centre\nAct as liaison on behalf of DGM on any external/internal meetings as required\nAbility to present findings & obtain requirements from technical as well as non-technical stakeholders\nIssue resolution (incident management) and corrective action planning for daily end user transactional errors related to master data \nExecute and perform daily ticketed requests through ticketing systems\nGenerate key performance indicators (KPI), standard reports, and dashboards leveraging data from multiple ERP systems to provide to Data Analytics to cross functional teams and the Senior Management team\nFocus on process enhancements and suggest innovations & improvements\nWillingness and dedication towards continuous learning and improvement\n\nQualifications and Skills\nUniversity Degree in Supply Chain Management, Health Informatics, Mathematics, or equivalent field\nExceptional communication skills including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical resources\nProficient in MS office with advanced skills in Excel\nExperience maintaining master data or creating transactional data in an ERP system, SAP S4HANA experience preferred\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data accurately, complemented by excellent visual accuracy skills and attention to detail\nSelf-starter, highly motivated, works well without constant supervision\nExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities\nSQL and/or programming experience is an asset\nTravel\nAbility to travel to Mohawk Medbuy offices if required.\n\nAs a condition of employment, you are required to submit proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to Human Resources.\n\nMMC is a Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) employer offering a comprehensive benefits package and flexible remote work options.
