SITE\nPosition Summary:\nAs a Creative Lead on the Mohegan Digital Creative team, you’ll be a driving force behind the concepting, development, and execution of bold, visually striking creative across all major brand and marketing touchpoints.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:\nLead Visual Storytelling: Lead the visual storytelling for national campaigns, performance marketing, and branded content.\nCreative Partner: Work hand-in-hand with Copywriters, Designers, Brand, and Marketing stakeholders to push creative boundaries while maintaining strategic alignment.\nCreative Mentor: Mentor junior creatives, helping to elevate the entire team’s output.\nConceptual Thinker: Role requires a highly conceptual thinker, a strong leader, and a design expert with a passion for culture, sports, and entertainment. \nConcept Development: Lead visual concept development for integrated campaigns spanning TV, OOH, social, digital, CRM, and experiential activations. \nArt Direction: Own the art direction and creative development process from ideation through final execution-ensuring work is innovative, on-brand, and strategically sound.\nCross-functional Collaborator: Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Marketers, and cross-functional teams to develop and present holistic creative concepts.\nHigh-level Thinker: Contributehigh-level creative thinking and execution across a wide range of campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.\nVisual Consistency: Endure visual consistency and excellence across all creative outputs while helping evolve the brand’s visual identity.\nPresentation Skills: Present and articulate creative ideas clearly and confidently to stakeholders and partners.\nCreative Trends: Stay up to date on creative trends, pop culture, sports, and emerging technologies to inspire fresh, forward-thinking creative. \nProject Management: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail. \nCreative Services Partner: Together with Creative Services, contribute to the development of brand guidelines, design systems, and creative best practices.\nSecondary Duties and Responsibilities:\nWorks closely with Mohegan Corporate Compliance to ensure online policies and procedures are in alinement\nPerforms other duties, as assigned\nMinimum Education and Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an agency, design studio, or comparable creative environment, including at least one year in a leadership or team management role.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, with working knowledge of collaboration and project management platforms such as Slack, Asana, or similar tools.\nDemonstrated experience creating and/or directing 2D and 3D motion graphics projects from concept through execution.\nStrong written communication skills, including experience with creative writing, content development, and editing, are preferred.\nExperience in the online gaming, online casino, and/or online sportsbook industry is highly desirable.\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and applications\nCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in
