Builds relationships through specialized, personalized and preferential service. Attracts new business to Mohegan Sun from outside properties and direct competition. Reserves offers and issues complimentaries per marketing guidelines. Cultivates leads, builds loyalty and promotes return visits to Mohegan Sun. Meets or exceeds personal revenue target goals.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:\nActively seeks new and inactive players for a qualified gaming segment and cultivates leads through in-house channels and by networking an established preferred database\nManages player accounts based on recorded gaming activity, earned points, comp availability and profitability\nIssues complimentaries and reserves offers that are consistent with departmental policy and marketing guidelines\nBuilds player loyalty and promotes return visits by maintaining contact with coded database\nMeets and greets preferred guests while they are in house\nSupports Mohegan Sun Marketing efforts by attending on site and off site special events\nMeets or exceeds revenue targets for identified guest list\nSecondary Duties and Responsibilities:\nAttends staff meetings and other meetings, as deemed necessary\nAdheres to all Mohegan Sun policies\nWorks within boundaries of the position\nMaintains confidentiality\nIs visible in all related areas of operation\nBelieves in and adheres to Mohegan Sun Core Values and service standards\nActively promotes the Spirit of Aquai\nTakes ownership of guest requests and issues and seeks assistance if outside scope of position\nCompletes required paperwork/reports in a timely fashion\nConsistently ensures accuracy of all guest contact information\nMaintains integrity and qualifications of coded database\nActs as a liaison with various departments and vendors\n\nMinimum Education and Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nFive years of experience as a Player Development Executive\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skills\nIntermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook\nCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:\nKnowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures\nAble to remain in control in stressful or high pressure situations\nProjects a friendly, helpful demeanor in person and over the phone\nAbility to comprehend complex verbal and written instructions\nMaintains accurate records and files\nAbility to produce quality work under tight deadlines with high expectations\nAdaptable and open to new ideas and changes\nAble to self motivate\nAble to make sound judgment calls relating to employees and guests\nPossesses advanced negotiating skills\nRepresents Mohegan Sun in a positive manner on and off property\nKnows the property, product, promotions and events\nAble to work well with others in a diverse environment\nThorough understanding of the Mohegan Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) as it relates to employment\nTraining Requirements:\nTraining as directed relative to technical skills, departmental guidelines and compliance/governance regulations\nCompetency with casino management, contact management, property management and group messaging systems\nSafety and Fire Training\nSMART alcohol awareness\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nMust be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, loud noises and low lighting\nOccasional travel may be required\nMust be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time\nAbility to work extended hours and days\nMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays\nThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
