Builds relationships through specialized, personalized and preferential service. Attracts new business to Mohegan Sun from outside properties and direct competition. Reserves offers and issues complimentaries per marketing guidelines. Cultivates leads, builds loyalty and promotes return visits to Mohegan Sun. Meets or exceeds personal revenue target goals. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: Actively seeks new and inactive players for a qualified gaming segment and cultivates leads through in-house channels and by networking an established preferred database Manages player accounts based on recorded gaming activity, earned points, comp availability and profitability Issues complimentaries and reserves offers that are consistent with departmental policy and marketing guidelines Builds player loyalty and promotes return visits by maintaining contact with c
