This role is responsible for establishing and governing project management standards, overseeing intake and prioritization processes, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.\nThe position will directly manage and oversee the Project Management team, the Project Management function, and will be accountable for overall project health, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery performance. The Project Manager will partner closely with leadership and external stakeholders to ensure visibility, accountability, and execution against key organizational objectives while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLead and oversee the end-to-end project management function for the Digital Gaming division, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.\nDirectly manage and mentor the Digital Gaming Project Management team, providing guidance on execution, reporting, and process improvement.\nDefine, implement, and continuously refine project management frameworks, standards, and governance across the organization.\nOwn and manage the project intake and prioritization process, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource capacity.\nOversee all active projects across departments, including Product, Compliance, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, Operations, and all other Digital Gaming initiatives.\nPartner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable project roadmaps and delivery plans.\nEnsure project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined, tracked, and communicated.\nDrive accountability across stakeholders, ensuring commitments are met and risks are proactively addressed.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs related to project delivery (on-time completion, throughput, resource utilization, SLA adherence).\nProvide executive-level reporting and updates on portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.\nIdentify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; implement corrective actions and escalation pathways as needed.\nOversee Asana platform strategy and governance, including portfolio structure, workflows, automation, and reporting standards.\nEnsure consistency in project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and SOPs.\nFacilitate cross-functional meetings, steering committees, and project reviews to ensure alignment and progress.\nDrive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and predictability of project delivery.\nPartner with Technology, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of system and product initiatives.\nSupport vendor coordination and external partner project execution where applicable.\nPromote adoption of standardized tools, templates, and best practices across all teams.\nFoster a high-performance environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nMinimum Education and Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.\n5-8 years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO leadership roles.\nProven experience leading cross-functional projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated experience managing and developing team members.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).\nAdvanced experience with project management tools such as Asana (preferred), Jira, or similar platforms.\nExperience in building and managing project portfolios, intake processes, and prioritization frameworks.\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nExperience in data-driven decision-making and reporting using dashboards and KPIs.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.\nExperience in process optimization and operational improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of iGaming, digital products, or regulated industries preferred.\nDemonstrated integrity, professionalism, and strong leadership capability.\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and applications.\n\nCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:\nDemonstrate strong leadership and decision-making capabilities across complex projects.\nEffectively balance strategic priorities with operational execution.\nBuild trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nExhibit strong executive presence and communication skills.\nDrive accountability and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nAdapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nConsistently model Mohegan values and professional standards.\n\nTraining Requirements:\n\nCertifications as required by Mohegan\nMohegan Corporate and departmental policies and procedures\nProject management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) preferred\nUnderstanding of Digital Gaming systems and operational workflows\nKnowledge of budget planning and resource management processes\n\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nOffice work environment\nMust be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time\nMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours\nMust be able to travel;
