You will be responsible for the material movement of Mojave ArctiDry air conditioners and for achieving and exceeding all budgeted metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. This is a rare opportunity to join a venture-backed climate-tech company at a critical inflection point: we've proven the technology works and we're ramping production. Now we need team members that are energized by the prospect of helping solve one of the world's largest energy challenges.\nThis is an on-site position in Anderson, South Carolina.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsible for the material movement of Mojave ArctiDry air conditioners.\nResponsible to achieve and exceed all budgeted metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.\nFollow work instructions and guidelines to support manufacturing operations.\nInterface clearly and politely with customers and coworkers.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma\nAuthorized to work in the US \n1-3 years of forklift experience \n1-3 years of scanner operation \nAbility to stand and bend for 8+ hours per day \nAbility to lift up to 35 lbs. \nPreferred: 2+ years of post-High School education and 3+ years of forklift and warehouse experience\nPreferred: 3-5 years of ERP system navigation and use, comfort with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word), and prior experience in planning/buyer roles \nMojave is a mission-driven company focused on advancing air conditioning technology. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00 per hour with an equity award (4 year vest) on hire. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and work location, consistent with applicable law.
