You will be working closely with MOL Group Compliance colleagues.\nCompliance organization is dedicated to supporting MOL Group by reviewing (from a legal point of view) the operation, activity, and processes of business and functional units across the Group\nidentify compliance risks in the areas of Competition law, Personal data protection (GDPR), Consumer protection, International sanctions, Anti-money laundering, and\n\nprovide recommendations to the investigated unit to mitigate the identified risks to avoid negative business, legal, financial or reputational consequences.\n\nIn fulfilling its preventive role, Compliance promotes compliance culture by preparation and execution of awareness raising trainings/simulations.\n\nYour main task:\nExecute the Compliance plan by:\nperforming compliance investigations, drafting compliance reports/providing recommendations, in English;\n\nimproving compliance culture by holding awareness raising trainings.\n\nproviding risk assessment consultation to stakeholders, other compliance-related tasks as may be required.\n\nQualifications & Expectations\nSlovak University degree in Law (LL.M. from a reputable university is an advantage)\n\nRelevant experience in Legal/Compliance field, mainly in competition law\n\nLaw firm experience (Bar exam is an advantage)\n\nProfessional command of Legal English (legal drafting/presentation)\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentations skills\n\nPersonal Integrity\n\nInternal investigation experience is an advantage\n\nResilience, willingness to gain experience in new fields of law\n\nWhat do we offer?\nChristmas bonus of up to 96% of the monthly base salary\n\nAdditional time off: sick days and extra leave for single parents caring for children under 15\n\nMonthly contribution to supplementary pension savings\n\nContribution to group life and accident insurance\n\nFixed monthly allowance of €66.50 and an additional €66.50 per month for flexible benefits through a cafeteria system\n\nCommuting allowance in the form of three fuel cards (total of €360 per year)\n\nSubsidized meals with a wide selection of options starting from €1.40\n\nHealth benefits: annual contribution of €150 for comprehensive preventive medical check-ups within the ProCare or NÚSCH network, and access to premium healthcare services at ProCare clinics under preferential conditions\n\nSports and wellness: annual contribution of €60 to the Slovnaft Relax Center and free access to the employer’s sports facilities (swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, etc.)\n\nFamily benefits: one-time contribution of €190 upon the birth of a child and access to the Slovnaftáčik nursery and kindergarten with a monthly employer contribution of €100 per child\n\nEmployee referral bonus\n\nRecreation and rehabilitation contributions for blood donors (holders of at least a silver plaque) and other social benefits\n\nAccommodation options available near the Slovnaft site\n\nSalary: from 2700 EUR brutto/month.
