We're also revolutionizing customer experience with MOL MOVE, our new digital, app-first loyalty rewards program on the Salesforce platform, designed to personalize and enhance convenience for our customers.\nA strong analytical capability led by the Group Data Analytics team within Digital Factory is a crucial element of the successful digital transformation.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Lake Product Owner to join Digital Factory. The new team member will be responsible for the improvement and maintenance of the Data Lake solution in order to maximize its business value across the Retail organization. This includes the identification and prioritization of new, business value driving features as well as the necessary technological improvements. The Data Lake PO acts as the single point of contact for business stakeholders regarding Data Lake capabilities, new demands, rollout plans and releases.\nMain responsibilities\nDevelop, own, and execute the product roadmap in alignment with Chapter and Digital Factory strategy and roadmap.\n\nTranslate the product roadmap features into detailed product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nOwn, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with parallel teams, and timely delivery of incremental features.\n\nOwn and manage product development budgets, balancing resource needs and financial constraints, and align with vendors as needed.\n\nDrive product delivery, coordinating and evaluating relevant vendor contributions throughout the development lifecycle.\n\nDefine and monitor KPIs to measure progress and impact, using analytics to track results and inform decision-making.\n\nDefine improvement initiatives based on user feedback, user testing, and continuous performance measurement, and build an actionable customer feedback loop.\n\nIf applicable, manage and oversee group level business operations in collaboration with internal teams and vendors for owned products.\n\nAnticipate business needs, industry and global trends, and cover shifting business requirements; be ready to accommodate the occasional moving target - facilitate MVP approach and run pilots if necessary.\n\nAct as an internal advocate for the Digital Future of MOL by promoting practices such as design thinking and data-driven decision-making.\n\nCoordinate and evaluate the work of the intern(s), if applicable.\n\nResponsibilities specific to this role\nOversee the integration of Data Lake with additional source systems, including further country rollouts; drive multi-business Data Lake projects as a business-side coordinator\n\nIdentify necessary data accuracy improvement measures and define actions to implement these\n\nEnsure that Data Lake knowledge sharing principles are adhered to, and developments are appropriately documented\n\nAct as access manager of Data Lake, logging incoming access requests and verifying that access has been granted appropriately.\n\nAbout your experience and skills\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus)\n\nSpecialization in Business / Computer Science / Engineering\n\nExperience\nMinimum 3 years of experience;
