Prepare deep dives in order to show potentional savings in business processes.\n\nSupport management decision-making through proactive financial insights and recommendations.\n\nCooperate closely with business units, Group Finance and other relevant stakeholders across MOL Group.\n\nDrive harmonisation,improvement and automation of reporting, controlling tools and financial processes.\n\nSupport investment, CAPEX and business development decisions with high-quality financial analyses.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal rules, reporting standards and deadlines.\n\nLead, motivate and develop team members, supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat do we expect?\nUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.\n\nMin 7 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, reporting, financial planning or business analysis.\n\nPrevious leadership experience or proven ability to coordinate and guide a team.\n\nExperience from a production, industrial, energy or multinational environment is a strong advantage.\n\nStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.\n\nAdvanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an advantage.\n\nFluent English language skills, both written and spoken.\n\nStrong analytical, communication and presentation skills.\n\nAbility to work with complex data, meet deadlines and communicate financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders.\n\nProactive approach, ownership, reliability and ability to cooperate across functions and countries.\n\nWhat do we offer?\nAnnual bonus of up to 15% of the annual base salary in accordance with the applicable bonus scheme\n\nAdditional time off: sick days and extra leave for single parents caring for children up to 15 years of age\n\nMonthly contribution to supplementary pension savings\n\nContribution to group life and accident insurance\n\nFixed monthly allowance of €66.50 plus an additional €66.50 per month for flexible benefits via a cafeteria system\n\nTransportation allowance in the form of three fuel cards (totaling €360 per year)\n\nSubsidized meals with a wide selection of dishes starting from €1.40\n\nHealth benefits: contribution of €150 per year for comprehensive preventive check-ups in the ProCare or NÚSCH network and extended healthcare services under preferential conditions within ProCare clinics\n\nSports and wellness: annual contribution of €60 to the Slovnaft Relax Centre and free access to employer sports facilities (swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, etc.)\n\nFamily benefits: one-time contribution of €190 upon the birth of a child and the possibility to use Slovnaftáčik nursery and kindergarten with a monthly employer contribution of €100 per child\n\nEmployee referral bonus\n\nContributions for recreation and rehabilitation for blood donors (holders of at least a silver medal) and additional social benefits\n\nSalary: from 4500 EUR brutto/month.
