The technologies includs cloud, data platforms, APIs, microservices and AI-enabled solutions.\nIt is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic impact, senior stakeholder influence, cross-domain collaboration, and turning architecture from documentation into real business and technology direction.\nIs it resonating with your experience?\nIf yes, then join us as a MOL Group Enterprise Archiect based in Budapest MOL Campus.\nMain responsibilities:\nDefine and maintain the enterprise architecture standards, principles, policies, capability maps, architecture repository, catalogues, and lifecycle calendars\n\nDesign and operate the Enterprise Architecture framework\n\nCoordinate cross-domain standard definition and quality assurance processes, including assessing alignment with both business and IT strategies\n\nValidate solution designs, architecture artifacts, and repository content to ensure cross-domain IT architecture compliance\n\nParticipate in project stage gate reviews, providing architectural feedback\n\nActively engage as a member of the IT Architecture Governance Board to enforce adherence to standards and governance policies\n\nDevelop and maintain enterprise technology roadmaps\n\nLead the definition and publication of long-term Enterprise Architecture plans (TO-BE)\n\nDefine Enterprise (Group) level Architecture Building Blocks (ABBs) and Reference Architectures (RAs), including guidance for AI-enabled solutions, to guide and harmonize domain architectures across the organization\n\nGuide and validate domain IT organizations' architecture roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives\n\nEvaluate and select technologies\n\nChampion technology expertise and skill development within the IT organization\n\nStay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation\n\nMain requirements:\nMinimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role involving business analysis and process management preferably in international, multinational environments\n\nProven experience in strategic and operational planning, business analysis, and financial management\n\nStrong understanding of process, application, data, and infrastructure architectures\n\nFamiliarity with relevant industry standards, frameworks, methodologies and best practices such as TOGAF, UML, ArchiMate, ITIL, DAMA, APQC and others\n\nExtensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and strategies\n\nStrong business acumen and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals\n\nExpert-level knowledge and understanding of IT architecture, applications, systems design, and integration\n\nKnowledge of business models, operating models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management\n\nFamiliarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, and EA frameworks\n\nUnderstanding of current and emerging technologies such as SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, data platforms, predictive analytics, generative AI, AI agents, and AI-enabled architecture patterns, including their architecture, governance, data, integration, security, and lifecycle implications.\n\nProficiency in holistic enterprise architecture concepts and methodologies\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, user-level knowledge of ERP systems and domain-specific applications\n\nExperience with Architecture and Process Modelling and Management tools such as: SPARX Enterprise Architect, ArchiMate, Visio, SAMU, SAP Solution Manager, etc.\n\nAttention to detail and accuracy\n\nProactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong ownership mentality\n\nPassion for continuous learning and professional growth\n\nDriver's license\n\nWhat we offer:\nOne of the biggest Hungarian based multinational environment\n\nInternational projects, with occasional business trips abroad\n\nProfessional trainings\n\nProfessional advancement -
