The contract for this role is valid until December 31, 2027.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the delivery of digital procurement initiatives, providing project management and subject-matter expertise throughout the full lifecycle.\nManage design, integration, and change-management activities for complex, multi-regional projects.\nSupport the evaluation and selection of new procurement technologies, contributing to business cases and decision proposals.\nDrive requirement analysis and system design in collaboration with IT and software vendors.\nContribute to system development, configuration, testing, and implementation, ensuring seamless integration into the MOL IT landscape.\nDefine and safeguard group-wide standards to ensure data transparency and harmonized processes.\nCoordinate Solution Improvement Requests (SIRs) and continuous system enhancement projects.\nMonitor and report on digital project progress and performance.\nLead the implementation and enhancement of SAP Ariba (S2C and Buying), including rollout of existing solutions across the group and exploration of new Ariba capabilities\nIdentify automation opportunities and apply AI technologies\nYour background:\nUniversity degree (MA/MSc or BA/BSc) in Economics, Engineering, or IT.\nStrong understanding of procurement processes and procurement-related IT systems.\nProven project and change-management experience, ideally in cross-regional environments.\n3+ years of experience in IT system operation, development, design, or implementation.\nExcellent English communication skills (C1).\nSolid knowledge of SAP R/3 MM, SRM, SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract, and Ariba Buying\nFamiliarity with AI technologies\nCategory B driving license\nStrategic mindset, problem-solving strength, and a collaborative, innovative attitude.\nWillingness to travel regionally - you have Category B driving licence\nWhat we can offer:\nCompetitive salary complemented with an attractive compensation package\nCafeteria with several elements to choose from (e.g. SZÉP card, AYCM card, MOL LIMO usage, etc.)\nNotebook and iPhone with limitless internet access\nLife and health insurance, medical care package\nBe part of a competent, diverse and highly motivated team\nProfessional trainings and career opportunities within MOL Group\nFree health program and participating in company organized events\nIf you are passionate about digital transformation and ready to shape the future of procurement, we would love to hear from you.\nAt MOL Group, we know that our strength lies in diversity.
