If you enjoy solving complex technical topics, improving processes and ensuring reliable IT service delivery in a multinational environment, this role could be a great fit for you.\nWhat will you do?\nOperate, support and continuously improve business-critical IT applications, with a focus on the SAP SD module.\n\nProvide professional application support, including incident, problem, change and release management.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational standards, methodologies and best practices.\n\nParticipate in application lifecycle management, including onboarding of new solutions, operational handovers and retirement of obsolete systems.\n\nRepresent your area of expertise in IT projects and support planning, implementation, decision-making and successful delivery.\n\nCoordinate application upgrades, modifications, standardization activities, asset lifecycle tracking and operational optimization.\n\nMaintain strong knowledge of supported IT systems, including software and hardware components, capacity planning, licensing models and technical capabilities.\n\nSupport business continuity through disaster recovery planning, emergency preparedness and IT security procedures.\n\nBuild and maintain effective cooperation with internal stakeholders, business partners and other organizations across MOL Group.\n\nWhat do we expect?\nUniversity degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in SAP SD module, IT operations, enterprise application support or a similar role.\n\nGood understanding of IT service management processes, especially incident, problem, change and release management.\n\nExperience with application lifecycle activities and cooperation on IT projects.\n\nAbility to analyze complex technical issues, propose practical solutions and follow them through to completion.\n\nKnowledge of operational standards, business continuity, disaster recovery and IT security principles is an advantage.\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, organizational and documentation skills.\n\nProfessional English language skills at B2 level; additional language skills are welcome.\n\nExperience from a large enterprise, multinational environment, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing or shared service environment is an advantage.\n\nWhat do we offer?\nChristmas bonus of up to 96% of the monthly base salary\n\nAdditional time off: sick days and extra leave for single parents caring for children under 15\n\nMonthly contribution to supplementary pension savings\n\nContribution to group life and accident insurance\n\nFixed monthly allowance of €66.50 and an additional €66.50 per month for flexible benefits through a cafeteria system\n\nCommuting allowance in the form of three fuel cards (total of €360 per year)\n\nSubsidized meals with a wide selection of options starting from €1.40\n\nHealth benefits: annual contribution of €150 for comprehensive preventive medical check-ups within the ProCare or NÚSCH network, and access to premium healthcare services at ProCare clinics under preferential conditions\n\nSports and wellness: annual contribution of €60 to the Slovnaft Relax Center and free access to the employer’s sports facilities (swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, etc.)\n\nFamily benefits: one-time contribution of €190 upon the birth of a child and access to the Slovnaftáčik nursery and kindergarten with a monthly employer contribution of €100 per child\n\nEmployee referral bonus\n\nRecreation and rehabilitation contributions for blood donors (holders of at least a silver plaque) and other social benefits\n\nAccommodation options available near the Slovnaft site\n\nSalary: from 2300 EUR brutto/month.
