become a MOL trainee!\nJoin the MOL Group team as\nJunior AI Agent Developer Intern\nResponsibilities:\nAI agent development and configuration\n·Build and configure AI assistants using Databricks and other approved enterprise AI platforms.\n·Develop conversational agents that answer questions using internal knowledge sources.\n·Configure agent instructions, prompts, knowledge connections, and supported tools.\n·Explore simple workflow automation and agent-to-system interactions.\n·Maintain and improve existing agents based on business feedback.\nTesting and quality assurance\n·Create test scenarios to evaluate answer accuracy, relevance, and reliability.\n·Identify incorrect responses, missing information, and technical limitations.\n·Support troubleshooting and optimization of agent configurations.\n·Document test results and propose improvements.\nTechnical analysis and development support\n·Translate business requirements into technical tasks with the Product Owner.\n·Assess whether a request can be implemented using existing platform capabilities.\n·Identify when specialist support or custom development is needed.\n·Prepare clear specifications outlining expected behavior, inputs, outputs, and acceptance criteria for technical review.\n·Support validation and testing of externally developed functionality.\nResearch and continuous improvement\n·Explore new AI features and technologies relevant to enterprise use cases.\n·Identify reusable solutions and opportunities to reduce manual development effort.\n·Maintain clear documentation of configurations and implemented solutions.\nRequirements:\n·Availability for at least 20 hours per week.\nMust have\n·Ongoing university studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related technical discipline.\n·Basic programming knowledge, preferably Python, and familiarity with application logic.\n·Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and data structures.\n·Interest in generative AI, large language models, and AI-powered applications.\n·Strong analytical skills, independent learning ability, and structured problem solving.\n·Clear communication skills and good command of English.\nNice to have\n·Python projects, SQL, databases, or REST API experience.\n·Familiarity with Databricks, Azure, or other cloud technologies.\n·Experience with Git or version
