Slovnaft, part of MOL Group, is looking for a Retail Network Development Manager who will be responsible for the strategic development and transformation of the Slovak service station network, in close cooperation with MOL Group. In this role, you will define how our network evolves in Slovakia, translate Group-level strategy and best practices into local execution, support investment decisions and help create modern, multi-purpose service stations tailored to changing customer needs.\nWhat will you do?\nStrategy and network master planning for Slovakia: define the vision, strategy and standardized processes for the Slovak retail network, ensuring alignment with MOL Group strategy, standards and future development direction.\n\nInvestment and budget governance: manage CAPEX and maintenance OPEX planning for Slovakia, ensure disciplined budget execution and prepare high-quality investment proposals in cooperation with MOL Group stakeholders.\n\nOperating model and process excellence: implement the Network Development operating model in Slovakia, adapt relevant MOL Group processes to local market needs and align activities with current and future IT solutions to improve efficiency.\n\nCustomer experience and innovation: drive sustainable growth of the Slovak network through data-driven decisions, innovation and station formats that reflect local customer expectations while leveraging MOL Group know-how.\n\nCross-functional and Group cooperation: work closely with local Slovnaft functions, including Offer Management, Marketing, Sales & Operations, and with MOL Group Network Development teams during station construction, reconstruction and format development.\n\nTeam leadership: develop team competencies, provide constructive feedback and foster a customer-focused, performance-oriented culture.\n\nWhat do we expect?\nUniversity degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.\n\n5+ years of leadership experience in a multinational environment and 5-10 years of experience in network development, investment or real estate.\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset, strong business ownership, P&L understanding and the ability to navigate and overcome obstacles.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nStrategic thinking, financial acumen, analytical capability and the ability to manage complex projects.\n\nData-driven and commercially focused approach, with the ability to translate insight into practical business decisions.\n\nFluency in English; knowledge of another CEE language is an advantage.\n\nDriving licence and willingness to travel.\n\nWhat do we offer?\nWe offer a competitive compensation package, strong employee benefits and the opportunity to influence the future of the Slovak retail network while being part of the wider MOL Group professional community.\nAnnual bonus of up to 15% of the annual base salary in accordance with the applicable bonus scheme\n\nAdditional time off: sick days and extra leave for single parents caring for children up to 15 years of age\n\nMonthly contribution to supplementary pension savings\n\nContribution to group life and accident insurance\n\nFixed monthly allowance of €66.50 plus an additional €66.50 per month for flexible benefits via a cafeteria system\n\nTransportation allowance in the form of three fuel cards (totaling €360 per year)\n\nSubsidized meals with a wide selection of dishes starting from €1.40\n\nHealth benefits - contribution for comprehensive preventive medical check-ups within the ProCare network or NÚSCH,\n\nSports and wellness: annual contribution of €60 to the Slovnaft Relax Centre and free access to employer sports facilities (swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, etc.)\n\nFamily benefits: one-time contribution of €190 upon the birth of a child and the possibility to use Slovnaftáčik nursery and kindergarten with a monthly employer contribution of €100 per child\n\nEmployee referral bonus\n\nContributions for recreation and rehabilitation for blood donors (holders of at least a silver medal) and additional social benefits\n\nSalary: from 4500 EUR gross/month.
