Carries out different HC well-level evaluations supporting production optimization and enhancement process, production restarts, production constraints identification and methods to improve oil and gas well recovery processes as well as determine optimal lifting system for artificial lifted producers\nMore details about the job, main responsibilities and tasks :\nProvide expertise in well modelling and nodal analysis to support field development projects.\n\nPerform the selection, design and sizing of artificial lift systems, primarily ESP, SRP and gas lift, for new and existing oil, gas and geothermal wells, and optimize existing production systems.\n\nPerform well screening for production optimization opportunities, including well workovers, well stimulation, hydraulic fracturing and artificial lift optimization.\n\nPlan, design and supervise the planning and optimization of naturally flowing and artificially lifted wells.\n\nProvide quality assurance and technical support to operated and non-operated asset teams and promote company-level best practices and lessons learned.\n\nPrepare production technology inputs for new drillings and well intervention proposals, including well modelling, engineering calculations and completion recommendations.\n\nResolve routine production issues, define solutions to increase or restart production, optimize operations and reduce operating costs.\n\nSupport geothermal, CCS and other non-hydrocarbon projects through well modelling and production technology expertise.\n\nIdentify, evaluate and pilot emerging production technologies, including AI-driven applications for well modelling, production optimization, surveillance and decision support\n\nThe ideal candidate:\nHolds a university degree in petroleum engineering or a related discipline.\n\nHas a minimum of 8 years of relevant oil and gas industry experience.\n\nHas strong written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nIs proactive, solution-oriented and actively pursues improvement opportunities.\n\nExperience in completion engineering is considered an advantage.\n\nWhat we offer:\nStable background at a leading international energy company\n\nChallenging professional projects\n\nSupportive and collaborative work environment\n\nCompensation & benefits:\nGross 800,000 HUF yearly cafeteria\n\nPrivate health insurance\n\nLife and accident insurance\n\n15% annual bonus\n\nAt MOL Group, we know that our strength lies in diversity.
