The role combines production support, incident management, systems analysis, and operational coordination for Billing platforms and related services.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have solid technical troubleshooting capabilities, understand IT service management principles (ITIL), and demonstrate initiative, ownership, and strong operational discipline in a dynamic production environment.\n\nMain Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nEnsure daily operational support for Billing Systems and related applications;\n\nMonitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production services and integrations;\n\nInvestigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution;\n\nManage and prioritize incidents according to SLA and operational impact;\n\nSupport deployment, configuration, and integration of new services and applications;\n\nCollaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure service continuity;\n\nParticipate in change management and production release activities;\n\nCreate and maintain operational procedures, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation;\n\nContribute to process improvement initiatives and operational optimization;\n\nProvide operational support and technical assistance within the team environment.\n\nCompetence and Education:\n\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field;\n\nGood understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and production support processes;\n\nUnderstanding of ITIL principles, especially Incident and Problem Management;\n\nEnglish – technical and communication level.\n\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum 1 years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, Billing Support, or similar environment;\n\nExperience working with production systems and critical business applications;\n\nGood knowledge of SQL and databases;\n\nExperience with Linux/UNIX environments and scripting is considered an advantage;\n\nExperience with PL/SQL, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, Java, or shell scripting would be a plus;\n\nFamiliarity with monitoring, ticketing, and incident management tools;\n\nExperience in telecom or billing systems environment represents an advantage.\n\nPersonal Qualities:\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;\n\nTechnical mindset with operational
