You’ll lead by example, create a positive and solution-focused environment, and ensure every interaction reflects our values.\n Key responsibilities include:\nDriving store performance by achieving KPIs and engaging your team in delivering results\nCreating and implementing store strategies to ensure high standards of service and satisfaction\nDeveloping and delivering the store business plan with a focus on commercial awareness and growth\nManaging stock control, promotions, seasonal events, and merchandising to maximise sales\nRecruiting, onboarding, and developing team members who embody our values\nEnsuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures\nManaging budgets, financial controls, and reporting accurately and efficiently\nAbout You\n\nAt least 2 years’ proven management experience within a comparable retail role\nProven track record of delivering sales targets and managing budgets\nStrong understanding of retail operations, including sales, stock control, and customer service\nSkilled in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure\nStrong commercial awareness, including analysing sales trends and identifying growth opportunities\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and engage colleagues\nFlexible and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous improvement and team development\nA natural leader with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service\nWhat We Offer\n Scottish Widows contributory pension -
