This role requires strong technical project management experience and the ability to work effectively across different functions, organizations, and regions.\nOur Team\nYou will be part of the DSS organization and report to the Senior Manager, Technical Project Management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and global Molex teams to support the successful delivery of new products.\nWhat You Will Do\nSimultaneously lead multiple New Product Development projects for customer specific and general market projects.\nEnsure Molex key technology projects seamlessly support our customer’s finished good project deliverables through close collaboration and effective communication with our customer.\nDevelop internal & external facing Project Charters that clearly articulate project strategy, scope, financials, and schedule.\nManage Project Change Control and Decision Documentation.\nLead Project Plan development, management, and closure (transfer to production owner).\nOwn and develop Macro Project Schedules and understand and hold accountable Functional Team Members supporting Micro Schedules.\nProactively identify, document, and execute risk reduction activities to minimize Project Risks associated with Cost, Quality, and/or Timing that could negatively affect Project Plan achievement.\nOwn Project Reporting communication to both Management and Customers.\nLead and mentor team members in project management principles, PDP processes, risk management, issue resolution, decision making, etc.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Management, or an equivalent discipline.\nAt least five years of related project management experience within product development or a technical environment.\nAt least five years of experience applying project management methodologies and tools.\nExperience leading multinational teams within a matrix organization.\nStrong customer relationship, leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and schedules effectively.\nFluent in Mandarin to support engagement with Mandarin-speaking customers & associates.\nWillingness to obtain PMP certification within one year.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally for up to 25% of the time.\nAbility to participate in evening calls when required due to global time-zone differences.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nMaster of Business Administration.\nProject Management Professional certification.\nExperience with Advanced Quality Planning tools and methodologies, including FMEA and SPC.\nKnowledge or experience in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.\nExperience using SAP.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
