Using robotics, computational design, and AI, our systems turn today’s e-waste into resilient, data-driven supply chains-and change how electronics are made in the first place.\nIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:\nAs a Robotics Manufacturing Technician, you will work alongside a collaborative, cross-functional team, gaining hands-on experience across manufacturing, robotics, and research & development (R&D). This role offers exposure to advanced technologies including robotic microfactories, machine assembly, 3D printing, CNC and manual machining, and robotic system validation.\nTechnicians will play a vital role in building and testing Molg’s cutting-edge microfactories and may be asked to specialize as the organization scales. This is a high-impact role suited for individuals who enjoy solving technical challenges, working with advanced machinery, and helping shape the future of circular manufacturing. Duties will include but not limited to:\nManufacturing & Assembly\nAssembling and test robotic microfactory systems following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\n\nDevelop habits around tool, material, and workstation organization for safe and efficient manufacturing.\n\nPerform quality assurance checks using defined protocols and documentation standards.\n\nSupport development and testing of SOPs for new products and looking for continuous improvement across all processes.\n\nAssist with inventory tracking and storage of materials and finished goods.\n\nShadow and support engineers during the R&D process for new products.\n\nDebugging and repairing circuit boards, proprietary tools, and pneumatic systems through soldering, inspection, and system testing.\n\n3D Printing & Prototyping\nExecute 3D printing jobs from digital design files for prototypes and functional tools.\n\nOperate manual machines under supervision to support component fabrication.\n\nRobotics & Systems Testing\nConduct supervised pre-deployment testing of robotic systems across automated demanufacturing workflows.\n\nDocument test results and system performance accurately.\n\nDeployment Support\nAssist in preparing microfactory systems for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and logistics.\n\nSupport installation, reassembly, testing, and validation of microfactories at customer sites.\n\nObserve and participate in technical demonstrations and customer handover activities.\n\nResponsibilities may be tailored to qualified applicants’ experience and interests. Our facility includes a variety of robots, CNC milling machines, 3D printers, and all the tools needed to build and test our products.
