Molin is a fast-moving startup at the cutting edge of AI, working with SMB and enterprise accounts - to reshape how e-commerce stores operate.\nAbout the role\nYou own the entire post-sale relationship. Once sales wins the deal, the account is yours: you run the onboarding, you make sure the product actually works in their store and are happy with it. Your job is to make those accounts successful enough that they stay, grow, and become advocates.\nThat means you'll spend your days closer to our clients than anyone else at the company. You'll see which stores are thriving and which ones went quiet. Some of that work looks like support, some of it looks like sales, and the best of it is both at once. It's a role with real ownership over revenue, and real influence on what we build next.\nWhat you'll do day-to-day\nServe as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts, building deep, trust-based relationships.\nTake over accounts from the sales team once the deal is won, and run onboarding so clients get to value fast.\nIntroduce and sell new products and features to existing clients.\nUpsell clients to higher tiers.\nHelp clients with their issues and questions, and get them unstuck quickly.\nWork with the engineering team to make sure everything runs correctly on the client's side.\nRelay client feedback to product and advocate for client needs internally.\nBuilding automated workflows and personalised outreach sequences with the sales and CS team to offer the most relevant feature and product to the right customer\nWhat you'll bring\nAt least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with clear sales acumen - you hear the opportunity behind a complaint and you're comfortable asking for the upgrade.\nExcellent communication skills, in writing and on the phone. You know when a five-minute call solves what ten emails can't.\nTechnical knowledge - you have a basic understanding how tech products work. You don't need to know code, but you know the difference between front-end and back-end, what APIs are, or what means. \nOwnership & Self-starter mentality - you take problems to the finish line without being asked, and you'd rather chase the answer yourself than wait for someone to hand it to you.
