You will be at the center of the operation-coordinating schedules, supporting field teams, communicating with customers, recruiting employees, and responding when the day does not go according to plan.\nWhat You Will Be Responsible For\nLead the daily launch and coordination of our professional cleaning teams.\nManage schedules, routes, call-offs, coverage changes, and customer communication.\nRecruit, interview, onboard, train, and retain dependable hourly employees.\nSet clear expectations and address attendance or performance problems promptly.\nCoach and motivate employees while maintaining accountability and high standards.\nMonitor quality through customer feedback, field inspections, documentation, and follow-up.\nRespond to customer concerns and work to prevent unnecessary cancellations.\nMaintain accurate employee, customer, and operational information.\nTrack key performance indicators, including attendance, staffing, route capacity, quality, customer retention, and productivity.\nIdentify opportunities to grow the business through excellent service, referrals, and community relationships.\nWork alongside the team and provide field support when operationally necessary.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nA successful Branch Operations Manager will:\nCreate an organized and consistent daily operation.\nRespond calmly and decisively to early-morning staffing challenges.\nBuild a dependable and accountable team.\nImprove service quality and customer retention.\nCommunicate clearly with employees, customers, and senior leadership.\nUse performance information to identify problems and take corrective action.\nBalance employee support with the responsibility to enforce company standards.\nThe Experience We Value\nWe welcome applicants with leadership or coordination experience from service-based and fast-paced environments, including:\nIn-home healthcare scheduling or client-care coordination\nHospitality, restaurants, or high-volume customer service\nRetail leadership\nTeaching or educational leadership\nOffice management\nWorkforce re-entry with relevant leadership, scheduling, budgeting, customer-service, or project-management experience\nField-service or multi-location operations\nDirect residential-cleaning experience is not required.
