Come build what's next.\nThe Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco\nAs part of the Ads Strategy team within Moloco's Go-To-Market organization, this person shapes strategic initiatives that drive business growth. Initial focus:\nLeading high-impact strategy projects for Moloco's Executive and C-Suite teams.\nDriving the Competitive Intelligence function for Moloco Ads.\nThe Opportunity\nStrategy & Growth Initiatives\nDrive high-impact strategy projects to accelerate revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.\nDevelop data-driven recommendations by analyzing advertiser trends, market expansion opportunities, and ecosystem dynamics.\nPartner with Product, Sales, and Finance to refine strategic proposals and make sure they get executed.\nCompetitive Intelligence & Market Insights\nLead Moloco's Competitive Intelligence (CI) function: track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and product developments in mobile advertising.\nBe the company's go-to expert on the competitive landscape so leadership stays ahead of key shifts.\nSynthesize insights into executive-ready reports and actionable recommendations.\nBenchmark Moloco's ad products and monetization strategies against competitors to identify areas of differentiation.\nHow Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?\n5+ years in strategy, consulting, or a related field.\nDeep understanding of the AdTech industry; mobile app monetization experience is a plus.\nBackground in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy (highly preferred).\nExperience working directly with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with minimal oversight.\nExceptional analytical skills; breaks ambiguous problems into their key factors and delivers compelling recommendations.\nHas driven high-visibility strategic projects from ideation to execution, even with limited data or guidance.\nProven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Science, and other teams, with outstanding written and presentation skills.\nStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL is a plus.\nCompensation & Benefits\nU.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits and perks. U.S.-based employees also receive up to 12 scheduled paid holidays per calendar year and one Thrive Day off per quarter.
