Come build what's next.\nThe Opportunity:\nBe the connective tissue across the organization to keep engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders aligned on priorities, schedule, risks, and progress.\nOwn and drive cross-team initiatives from conception to completion.\nCreate and manage cross-team roadmaps, schedule, risks, and issues.\nOwn security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.\nEstablish scalable, repeatable, and efficient processes and schedules.\nBe a force multiplier by continually improving engineering, product, and operational efficiency across the organization.\nHelp grow the TPM function.\nWho We’re Looking For:\nYou love working on technical initiatives to build and manage Ad Tech products for ECommerce \nYou don’t just work with engineering, you’re embedded into the team, shepherding their programs end-to-end.\nHow Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?\nExperience working with senior leadership, including C-level leaders.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nAbility to effectively collaborate and drive consensus with all levels and teams across the company.\nIntegral contributor to the development and operational readiness of large scale cloud products.\nExperience managing projects, risks, and dependencies with Product, Engineering, GTM, and cross-functional teams.\nExperience building scalable, sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules across multiple organizations.\nExperience in agile software development methodologies including deploying best practices and SDLC processes.\n5+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience.\n7+ years of experience working directly with software, cloud, or data engineering teams.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.\nPreferred Experience:\nPrior experience in the creatives domain \nPassionate for learning about technologies and products\nCompensation & Benefits\nU.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits and perks.
