We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.\nHere’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies.\nCrafted Highlights:\nIn the role of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist working in The Fraser Valley Brewery, Chilliwack BC you will be part of the Environmental Health and Safety Team. You will play a key role in supporting and advancing the organization's EHS programs by promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The EHS Specialist provides both strategic and hands-on support through inspections, incident investigations, training, reporting, and employee engagement activities.\nThis position reports to the Manager, EHS and works closely with employees, supervisors, contractors, and leadership to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and support safe and environmentally responsible operations.\nWhat You’ll Be Brewing:\nSupport the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures, and programs.\nConduct routine workplace Behavior Safety Observations (BOS) and monthly facility inspections.\nSupport investigations involving near misses, first aid incidents, recordable injuries, property damage, and environmental events.\nSupport safety management systems and site-specific EHS processes.\nCoach and mentor employees and supervisors on EHS requirements, safe work practices, and hazard recognition.\nMaintain organized and accurate EHS documentation, records, permits, and files.\nKey Ingredients:\nYou have an associate’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.\nYou have at least 3-5 years experience in Environmental Health & Safety within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environment.\nWorking knowledge of applicable occupational health and safety legislation and environmental requirements.\nExperience conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence employees at all levels.\nExperience with EHS management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.\nBeverage Bonuses:\nWe care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities \nWe care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference - from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are\nEngagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization\nAbility to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities\nAccess to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages!\nWork within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences \nMolson Coors is an equal opportunity employer.
