We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.\nHere’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies.\nCrafted Highlights:\nIn the role of Maintenance/Electrician working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Brewing/Packaging Department in Integrated Supply Chain. You will work in production within a team-based union environment and be responsible for performing electrical duties. This will include working with PLC’s, VFD’s, motor control installation and troubleshooting, and working with power up to and including 480 volts as well as repairing, adjustments, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.\nThis position reports to Asset Care Manager and works closely with their fellow Brewery Workers, Process Leaders, Mechanics, and Electricians.\nThis role will operate on 2nd and 3rd shift at an hourly rate of $50/hr. with a .35 shift differential.\nWhat You’ll Be Brewing:\nWorks as a self-motivated individual with minimal supervision while functioning as a productive team member.\nResponsible for troubleshooting over 2,000 assets including Brewing and Packaging equipment to include Robotics, and PLCs in a fast-paced manufacturing facility to determine electrical failure\nPerform set-up, adjustment, timing, troubleshooting, replacement and programming of electrical equipment using ladder logic, electrical prints and/or schematics \nMaintain the equipment in the assigned area in reliable condition. Attend to breakdowns in a timely manner while continuously reducing downtime and waste.\nDismantle, inspect and rebuild electrical assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications or production requirements \nResponsible for complex troubleshooting of industrial electrical and electronic systems on Brewing and packaging equipment including Robotics, and PLCs, controllers, servo motors and HMIs\nControl systems utilizing low voltage, PLC programs, 24v systems inc. ASI, PID Loop, Instrument control loops such as 4-20Ma, 0-10 volts, 3-15psi etc.\nAnalog instrumentation,\nVFD’s\n480v power distribution system\nVision systems, RFID systems, central oil and water systems\nSupport Packaging equipment utilizing PLCs and HMIs such as depalletizers, fillers, labelers, packers and palletizers, conveying systems etc.\nSupport Brewing equipment utilizing PLCs and HMIs such as Malt Mills, Brew Kettles, Lauter Tuns, Filtering systems, Centrifuges, Pumps, Valves, Pnuematics, Heat exchangers etc.\nMust comply with NFPA 70e and NEC codes\nAerial lift use\nInterpret prints of machine assemblies and wiring diagrams\nUtilize Microsoft Office and computerized Maintenance Management System \nKey Ingredients:\nYou have a high school diploma or equivalent and are at least 21 years of age\nMust hold a state license or be able to obtain one within 6 months of employment\nYou love a challenge.
