We operate in over 100 countries, with 16,000 colleagues who care about great beer, responsible drinking and a more sustainable future.\nAs a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThe Supply Chain Degree Apprentice is a key member of the team and we are looking for individuals with exceptional experience, drive, passion for our brands and commitment to ensure our brands show up fantastically well in key strategic cities.\nYou’ll gain both depth and breadth of experience across a range of tasks and portfolios alongside building great relationships with colleagues and customers, giving them a memorable experience of our great brands. You will also gain a Level 6 Supply Chain degree qualification with our provider, Aston University.\nEach day is a new experience - you definitely won’t be bored!\nSome of things you will getting involved in:\nThe characteristics and specific needs of different customer groups: retailers, business-to-business, ecommerce and export\nInformation technology (IT) systems for the supply chain: Excel, material requirements planning (MRP) systems and business planning systems\nThe importance of new products and how a product is costed\nThe principles of capacity planning\nForecasting: the levers and influences on customer and consumer demand (market trends, weather, competitor activity and seasonality); the impact of merchandising on supply chain decisions; and others relevant to the business context\nPlan manufacture: the principles of developing and implementing a supply plan taking account of capacity, product life and the key drivers of success\nCustomer service: the principles of order capture and management, from order receipt to delivery through to customers, the importance of customer fulfilment\nLogistics: the importance of logistics cost, the impact of short-lead time and high demand volatility logistics on network planning\nWho We’re Looking For\nWe are excited to hear from people who are enthusiastic about learning, development, and making a difference. To be eligible, you should:\nBe 18 upon joining on the first week of September 2027.\nIndividuals at the beginning of their career journey, including those with limited work experience.\nExpect to work at our Burton HQ on a hybrid working model.\nThree A Levels at CCC or above, or equivalent BTECs\nAt least Grade 4 or C GCSE Maths and English or Level 2 equivalent.\nWe believe that great achievements are built together. Benefits are flexible and include health, dental and vision coverage, a pension with up to 10% employer match, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme, life leave, and 31 days’ annual leave plus 3 bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional holiday.\nThe salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting.
