Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will evaluate and strengthen quality systems, oversee food safety programs, monitor performance through scorecards and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence.\nReporting to the Director, Quality Food Safety, you will provide quality leadership across strategic partner operations, support acquisitions and business integrations, and ensure quality standards are consistently implemented, maintained, and improved. This role serves as a critical link between the Supply Chain, Quality, and Strategic Partner teams to protect consumers, strengthen partnerships, and uphold the Molson Coors commitment to quality.\nWhat You'll Be Brewing:\nChampion the quality vision, strategy, and roadmap for Strategic Partners across the North American Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with corporate quality objectives and the Molson Coors Quality Management System.
