Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.\nWith in-depth expertise on each Hire to Retire functional area, including systems and tools, the role is supporting the Process Improvement Manager on improvement opportunity identification and on execution of the HTR roadmap (process migrations, IT implementations, process standardization and simplification, operational excellence initiatives).\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop means and methods of capturing, processing, anaysing and reporting on the current process and team performance\nProvide guidance in handling complex and/or cross-functional problems and work with other functional areas in resolving escalated complaints or disputes\nAct as Continuous Improvement champion at the tower level, encouraging teams to identify and log ideas the in Idea Management System (IMS), coaching on problem statement and benefit estimation, ensuring idea replication and best practice sharing from one team to another; approve ideas in IMS, basis need\nContribute to technology deployments, upgrades and tool implementations (gather business requirements, design functionalities, design UAT scenarios, coordinate UAT testing, provide trainings to end users, execute change and communication plans)\nCreate/update process maps, service catalogues, RACI charts - while supporting various process improvement initiatives\nSupport process migrations projects, from baselining to steady state - participate in discovery workshops, map processes, propose KPI and controls, oversee knowledge transfer and process stabilization\nSKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:\nRequired:\nMinimum 2-3 years’ experience with SSC/GBS/BPO\nDemonstrated experience working across multiple functions, building strong stakeholder relationships, and leading initiatives that require alignment across HR, Finance, IT, and other business teams\nDemonstrated mindset for leveraging AI and automation to improve business processes and employee experience.\nMS Office (Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)\nExperience with Visio\nEnglish Language - Proficient level (B2 and above)\nPreferred:\nMinimum 5 years in HR (preferably in Employee administration and Helpdesk)\nExperience working with SucessFactors, ServiceNow\nJob Posting Grade: 10\nMolson Coors Global Business Services is an equal opportunity employer.
