This role is a great opportunity for a very experienced technologist. This person is responsible for guiding technology work by collaborating closely with commercial leaders, product managers, and solution architects to understand technical needs and conceive effective solutions within Salesforce and across the technology stack at MCBC. The role regularly works with solution and enterprise architecture to review and set design standards; they also develop other software engineers within the team. Success in this role is to be the person that is sought out for their ability to solve business problems with technology in practical yet creative way.\nWhat You’ll be Brewing: \nWork closely with product owners and teams to understand their problems and business processes and use design thinking to creatively conceive end-to end solutions that deliver business value and enable development by the delivery team \nEither directly or working with developers, configure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications (e.g., Salesforce) to meet the specific needs of sales and marketing teams.
