Now, all of it is up for grabs. The winner of the AI era of investment management will be a $100B+ company. We intend to be that company.\nTo get there, we're assembling the most talent-dense startup in New York. We hire people who are 1) exceptional, 2) allergic to anything that's not exceptional, and 3) no brilliant jerks.\nWe run lean by design. We work with a select group of the largest financial institutions in the world, go incredibly deep with each, and sit in the flow of trillions of dollars. We hire fewer people, ask each to own the outcome, and pay on impact - not tenure or experience.\nMoment is not for everyone. The standards are unreasonably high. The pace is intense. And there is no playbook.\nIn return: the best work of your career, building a generational company.\nAbout Moment\nMoment is the AI operating system for investment management, built for the world's largest wealth firms and fintechs. Moment works with firms managing more than $10 trillion in client assets and is backed by Index, a16z, and Lightspeed. Moment was founded by former quants from Citadel and Jane Street and is based in NYC.\nThe Role\nWe're hiring Deployment Strategists to function as the GM for a Moment engagement, owning the full lifecycle from first demo through implementation through massive expansion. You're the primary point of accountability for everything the customer needs to succeed and the visionary helping them transform their business.\nThe role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and GTM. Every customer should feel like they have a cofounder embedded with them.\nWhat You'll Do\nPre-Sale: Solutioning & Vision. Run incredible demos, go onsite to learn how customers actually work, and translate what you learn into a clear architecture, POC, for the goal of a signed contract. Catch bad trajectories early and always think about how to best frame Moment as the AI Operating System for our customer's entire business.\n\nImplementation & Launch. Own getting the customer live, happy, and excited to expand. Drive the implementation plan and manage deliverables across product, engineering, and sales. Roll the platform out in person with key users.\n\nGrowth & Expansion. The majority of contract value at Moment lands after the initial rollout - your job is taking accounts from zero to one, and then one to one hundred. Run QBRs with the BD owner, monitor adoption, and surface expansion paths.\n\nX-Factor. Bring sharp customer feedback to product and engineering, or action it yourself for faster iteration loops. Champion new product areas, train internal teams to be product experts, and build bespoke demos and MVPs when a customer needs something Moment doesn't yet have.\n\nYou’re a good fit if you have\nVersatile experience across engineering, product, and GTM. You’re comfortable reading code and reasoning about APIs one hour and then running an exec conversation the next.\n\nCustomer-obsessed and entrepreneurial mentality. You operate with founder-level ownership and don't wait for permission to solve problems.\n\nFerociously curious mindset. You’re always trying to learn and innovate more.\n\n Even better if you have\nPrior experience in fintech, trading systems, or enterprise SaaS, especially owning a customer relationship end-to-end.\n\nFormer background in (Deployment Strategist, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product Management, Investment Banking and Management Consulting.)\n\nWorking fluency in Python or TypeScript and comfort with modern API design.\n\nA track record presenting to senior stakeholders or leading onsite workshops.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $200K to $300K\n\nEquity: aggressive initial grant + annual performance-based bonuses\n\nOur beautiful West Village Office with a terrace / 5x a week in office\n\nFree lunch and dinner.\n\n$150 monthly gym stipend.\n\nHealth, dental, and vision coverage. 100% company reimbursement.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4027,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Equity"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["AI Training Data & Annotation"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-06T03:22:06Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":7,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.243,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":71,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:0","stale_co","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-28T05:59:10Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":300000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/moment-deployment-strategist","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/moment-deployment-strategist.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-28T11:22:17Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":14839,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-29T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":22204},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=22204"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmoment-deployment-strategist"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmoment-deployment-strategist"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmoment-deployment-strategist"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/moment-deployment-strategist\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmoment-deployment-strategist"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":417365}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"moment.ai","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":417365},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
