The Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, resolving invoice and payment-related issues, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.\nResponsibilities Include:\nEnsure timely and accurate posting of invoices and other invoice processing-related functions, including:Process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)\nVerify invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), contracts, and supporting documentation.\nReview invoices for compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.\nEnsure invoice approvals are in accordance with the company's Delegation of Authority (DOA).\nInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, blocked invoices, and payment issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.\nProcess prepayments, advance payments, progress payments, and other AP-related transactions.\nMonitor and reconcile GR/IR accounts to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.\nPerform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.\nCreate and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for AP activities.\n\nMaintain professional and effective communication with vendors and internal customers to support timely issue resolution and smooth operations:Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor payment and invoice-related inquiries.\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and internal business partners.\nWork with the Vendor Master Data team to ensure vendor records are accurate and up to date.\n\nQualifications:\nThe following are required for the role\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.\n\n8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.\nProficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with PO and Non-PO invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and GR/IR reconciliation\nHands-on experience with SAP; exposure to ARIBA is an added advantage.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.\nStrong service-oriented mindset with initiative-taking and critical thinking abilities.\nHands-on experience in reporting using Excel, Macros and creating presentations and documents in PowerPoint and Word.”\nFlexible with rotation shift as per process requirements\nWhat We Offer:\nAt Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
