Ensure that the products comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and continuously keep improvement.Responsibilities Include:\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in quality management system (QMS) operation, with proven ability to effectively implement and maintain systems such as ISO9001, IATF16949, EfFCI-GMP, Halal, and RSPO.\nDemonstrate strong understanding of product quality-related knowledge, with practical experience in quality assurance. Capable of developing quality assurance procedures and applying them in manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement.\nResponsible for the development, revision, distribution, and training of management system documentation (ISO9001, IATF16949, EfFCI-GMP, Halal, RSPO, etc.).\nEstablish, maintain, and continuously optimize management systems; organize and support external audits, internal audits, and certification activities.\nSupport the development of management review plans, prepare management review reports, and follow up on the execution of action items from management reviews.\nCollect, analyze, and report plant quality KPIs, providing data-driven insights and improvement recommendations.\nLead investigations of nonconforming products and quality issues, define and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify their effectiveness to prevent recurrence.\nQualifications:\nThe following are required for the role\nWhat We Offer:\nAt Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
