In this position, you will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to drive cost visibility, improve processes, ensure compliance, and support informed business decisions.Responsibilities Include:\nResponsible for planning, analyzing, and driving execution of material cost.\nAnalyze Raw Material purchases and maintain accuracy and controllership of financials.\nAdvise Operations and Business Unit Finance teams on material and develop and implement process improvement recommendations to drive efficiencies and cost visibility.\nResponsible for delivering efficient and accurate financial reporting and analysis to internal clients (Operations/Supply Chain Management, Business Units and Sectors) and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP accounting standards and Momentive’s internal financial policies.\nResponsible for analysis of monthly Inflation, variance vs standard and financial reporting of logistics cost; budgeting process of material cost, quarterly forecasting, and ad hoc estimations.\nDesign and improve process/reporting of Raw Material cost and work with appropriate business partners to deliver on assigned projects.\nReview and approve specific business transactions as determined by Momentive’s delegation of authority policy, in coordination with Operations Finance Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, and Sector and Business Unit Management teams.\nQualifications:\nThe following are required for the role\nC.A/ MBA finance, accounting, business, or related field.\nMin. 4-5 years of progressive Finance experience as a Finance Analyst, Cost Analyst, Operations Analyst, or related role.\nCritical thinking and strategic mindset.\nStrong Material Cost Planning & Analysis, Financial analysis, Budgeting.\nExcellent communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment across different time zones.\nFluency in English is mandatory.\nThe following arepreferred for the role\nStrong working experience using SAP/Business Warehouse.\nAdvanced MS Excel (Filters, Pivots, Dynamic Charts, Formulas, VLOOKUP), and MS PowerPoint experience\nWorking knowledge of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls including Sarbanes-Oxley Act; U.S. accounting rules and regulations including historical cost, revenue recognition, matching and full disclosure principles.\nWhat We Offer:\nBase Pay Range: €41.300 - €60.610Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location and, where applicable, with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), including relevant sector agreements (e.g., the Chemical Industry agreement or, for executive roles, the agreement for Executives of Companies Producing Goods and Services in Italy). Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
