You own the setup, upkeep, and quality checks across 75+ demo environments that support live client presentations and enterprise sales opportunities across all Momentive solutions. Your work happens behind the scenes, but it shows up in every demo a prospect sees.\nA Day in the Life\nSet up and configure NimbleAMS demo environments for enterprise sales opportunities, following the OneTSO process (about 60 per year)\nPersonalize demo environments for Enterprise AMS opportunities (about 120 per year)\nRun routine QA and health checks across 75+ demo environments every two weeks, testing connections and confirming basic functionality\nBuild and maintain realistic, compelling demo data across all solution environments on an ongoing basis\nPartner with Solutions Engineering leads for each solution area to make sure environments meet quality and content standards\nFlag environment issues or data gaps to the right Solutions Engineering team member for resolution\nTrack recurring tasks across multiple systems and keep supporting documentation current\nSupport ad hoc requests from Solutions Engineers ahead of high-priority demos\nWe are looking for someone who brings\nExperience:\n3-5 years of experience in technical support, QA, systems administration, or a similar operational role\nExperience working inside a CRM, AMS, or similar SaaS platform; Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics admin experience is helpful, but not required\nExposure to a cloud platform such as AWS or Azure is a plus; no specific platform is required\nExperience working in a fast-paced, remote, or cross-functional team is a plus\nTechnical/Computer Skills:\nComfortable learning and navigating multiple SaaS platforms\nBasic understanding of how CRM or AMS systems are configured and connected\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nFamiliarity with ticketing or task tracking tools is a plus\nOther Skills:\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes consistently\nOrganized and self-directed, with the ability to manage recurring work across multiple systems\nClear communicator who works well in a remote, cross-functional environment\nEagerness to learn and grow within a fast-moving software company\nComfortable managing a steady, high-volume workload with a recurring cadence\nAbout Us\nMomentive Software amplifies the impact of over 20,000 purpose-driven organizations in over 30 countries, with over $11 billion raised and 55 million members served to date.
