Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication-ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.\nJob Summary\nSeeking a junior Software Engineer to develop graphical user interfaces and dashboards, deploy and manage applications in an AWS cloud environment, integrate new functionality with established tools through tech transfer initiatives, automate key workflows, and integrate artificial intelligence (Al) and machine learning (ML) models into workflows\nThe ideal candidate will be a versatile problem-solver with a strong foundation in software development principles and a passion for building innovative solutions\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain user-friendly GUls and interactive dashboards\nDesign, deploy, and manage applications and infrastructure in AWS\nIntegrate new features and functionalities into existing tools\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle\nWrite clean, well-documented, and testable code\nDesign, implement, and maintain automated workflows to streamline processes\nIntegrate Al/ML models into existing systems to enhance functionality and improve decision-making\nMonitor and optimize automated workflows and Al/ML model performance\nRequired Qualifications\nMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph\nA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required\nFour (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree\nLanguages: Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS\nGUI/Dashboard: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, experience with at least one JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js-willingness to learn is key). Experience with Tkinter or similar Python GUI libraries is a plus\nAWS: Foundational understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, Lambda)\nAutomation/Al: Basic understanding of scripting for automation (Python preferred)\nAwareness of Al/ML concepts.
