(Advantageous)\nProject administration or project coordination training. (Advantageous)\nExperience:\n2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented, support or coordination environment. (Essential)\nExperience within an IT environment preferably in an administrative or coordination role (Preferred) \n3-5 years’ experience gained in a Helpdesk, Service Desk, IT Support, Application Support or similar customer-facing environment provides a suitable foundation for the role. (Advantageous)\nDuties & Responsibilities\nSupport the planning and coordination of scheduled application, infrastructure and platform releases using Jira.\nReceive, review and track release requests through the defined release management process.\nMaintain the release calendar and ensure that planned release dates, deployment windows and key milestones are accurately recorded.\nCoordinate release activities across relevant technology and business teams.\nMonitor release timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding activities.\nIdentify scheduling conflicts and dependencies and escalate these to the Release Manager where required.\nAssist in coordinating activities associated with production and non-production deployments.\nTrack releases through to completion and ensure that records are appropriately updated and closed.\nSupport the coordination of post-release activities and reviews where applicable.\nCompetencies\nExamining Information: Analyses and processes information asks
