Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication-ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.\n Job Summary\nSeeking a Data Scientist to support mission-focused data analysis and processing by developing data-driven solutions that enable optimization, automation, and enhanced collection workflows\nThis role requires strong technical proficiency in data manipulation, API integration, and Python-based analytics, with the opportunity to apply or develop AI/ML techniques within operational environments\nCandidates with strong data science fundamentals will be supported with training in mission-specific AI/ML applications as needed\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement data-driven solutions to support optimization, automation, and collection processing\nInteract with and integrate APIs to retrieve, process, and analyze data from multiple sources\nBuild and maintain tools and scripts for data ingestion, transformation, and analysis\nPerform data manipulation and aggregation using Python (Pandas DataFrames)\nAnalyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights\nDevelop and support data pipelines and workflows to enable efficient data processing\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission requirements and evolving priorities\nDocument data processes, methodologies, and analytic findings\nRequired Qualifications\nMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (MD Customer)\nMaster’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position\nStrong proficiency in Python, including experience with Pandas for data manipulation and aggregation\nExperience working with APIs (reading, using, and building integrations for data retrieval)\nExperience working with large datasets and performing data analysis\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience applying AI/ML techniques for optimization, automation, or data processing (training can be provided for strong candidates)\nExperience with data visualization tools, such as Plotly, Shapely, or GeoPandas\nFamiliarity with XKEYSCORE (XKS) / Data Exchange (DX) and understanding of data flow concepts\nExperience with Splunk, SQL, Elasticsearch, Kibana, or networking fundamentals\nExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
