Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication-ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.\n Job Summary\nseeking an experienced Software Engineer (Front-End / React) to join a mission-focused Agile development team supporting Intelligence Community programs\nIn this role, you will design, develop, and enhance modern web applications that support mission-critical enterprise services relied upon by a broad user community\nYou will play a key role in evolving mature applications by delivering responsive, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces while introducing modern front-end development practices and UI/UX enhancements\nThe ideal candidate is a collaborative software engineer with strong React and JavaScript expertise who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving user experiences, and developing secure, high-performance web applications\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain modern, responsive front-end applications using React and JavaScript\nDevelop reusable, component-based user interface solutions that improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability\nCollaborate with back-end developers, system architects, UI/UX designers, and mission stakeholders to implement seamless end-to-end solutions\nEnhance existing enterprise applications by introducing modern front-end frameworks, design patterns, and user experience improvements\nParticipate in requirements analysis, software design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities\nPerform peer code reviews and contribute to software quality, security, and development best practices.\nTroubleshoot application issues and implement performance optimizations across front-end components.\nSupport the modernization of an established codebase while ensuring operational continuity and system reliability\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation supporting software designs, interfaces, and implementation activities\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives\nContinuously evaluate emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements to development processes and application architecture\nRequired Qualifications\nMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph\nMinimum of fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer supporting programs of similar scope, type, and complexity\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related technical disciplineFour (4) additional years of directly related Software Engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement\n\nHands-on experience developing front-end applications using React\nStrong proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3\nExperience developing responsive web applications and component-based user interfaces\nExperience working within Agile software development environments\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with Redux or similar state management libraries\nFamiliarity with advanced React concepts, including Hooks, Context API, custom hooks, lazy loading, memoization, and performance optimization\nExperience developing applications using TypeScript\nExperience implementing modern UI/UX design principles and responsive web design\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services\nExperience with Git, GitLab, or other distributed version control systems\nExperience developing secure, scalable enterprise web applications\nExperience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community software development programs\nExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
