Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication-ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.\n Job Summary\nSeeking a Data Scientist to develop performance metrics, analyze mission data, automate workflows, and create actionable visualizations\nThe successful candidate will use Python-based analytics and data-science tools to identify technical gaps, measure system performance, and improve existing organizational processes\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDevelop, implement, and maintain data ontologies and dictionaries\nEstablish systematic interdivisional metrics and performance measurements\nPerform data analysis using Python, Jupyter notebooks, Pandas, and related tools\nDevelop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards\nIdentify access, technical, and data gaps and recommend data-driven improvements\nAutomate analytical and reporting workflows\nDevelop or use APIs and tools to retrieve, transform, and analyze mission data\nPresent analytical results and technical findings to Government and mission stakeholders\nRequired Qualifications\nMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph\nMaster’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 13 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position \nStrong Python experience\nProficiency with Jupyter notebooks and Pandas DataFrames\nExperience developing metrics and analyzing large or complex datasets\nExperience interacting with APIs and building or using data-retrieval tools\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with Shapely, Plotly, Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib\nExperience with Splunk or Kibana\nExperience with SQL, Java, C++, HTML, or Bootstrap\nExperience with SIGINT data collection or analysis\nExperience with SIGINT data standards, including 450/451\nExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
