Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication-ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.\n Job Summary\nSeeking a Data Scientist to design scalable data pipelines, automate reporting processes, and develop reusable Python-based data solutions\nThe successful candidate will support incremental and batch data ingestion, data transformation, validation, modeling, and dashboard automation\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDesign and implement scalable Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) workflows\nDevelop incremental and batch data-ingestion processes\nImplement robust data validation and quality-control procedures\nPerform data transformation and modeling using SQL and Python\nPreprocess, minimize, filter, normalize, aggregate, and reshape datasets for reporting\nDevelop automated reporting workflows and dashboards\nBuild and maintain reusable Python automation packages for agency personnel\nDocument data pipelines, automation processes, and technical procedures\nRequired Qualifications\nMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph\nMaster’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position \nStrong Python experience\nStrong SQL skills\nExperience designing and implementing ETL workflows\nExperience with data transformation, validation, and modeling\nExperience preprocessing and preparing datasets for reporting\nExperience developing reusable automation solutions\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with Pandas, PySpark, or Polars\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard platforms\nExperience supporting large-scale data environments\nExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
