Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication-ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.\n Job Summary\nSeeking a Data Scientist to develop advanced natural language processing and Named Entity Recognition capabilities within an Agentic AI framework\nThe successful candidate will develop models and pipelines for automated knowledge extraction from multilingual, unstructured natural language data\nPrimary Responsibilities\nTrain and develop NLP and NER capabilities for LLM-based solutions\nDevelop solutions within Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph\nPerform supervised and unsupervised model training and validation\nDevelop automated knowledge-extraction capabilities from unstructured text\nProcess multilingual natural language data without dependence on predefined ontologies\nDevelop and maintain preprocessing and data-retrieval pipelines\nEvaluate data quality and readiness for model integration\nIntegrate customer data sources into AI/ML solutions\nAddress enterprise data compliance, governance, and policy requirements\nEnsure solutions support organizational and end-user needs\nRequired Qualifications\nMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph\nMaster’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position \nExperience developing NLP and NER solutions\nExperience working with LLMs\nExperience with supervised and unsupervised learning\nExperience training and validating NLP models\nExperience processing unstructured natural language data\nExperience with automated knowledge extraction\nUnderstanding of data quality and data-readiness practices\nFamiliarity with customer data sources and data-retrieval techniques\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with LangGraph or similar Agentic AI frameworks\nMultilingual NLP experience\nExperience working with enterprise data governance, compliance, and policy requirements\nExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
