Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication-ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.\n Job Summary\nSeeking an AI/ML Data Scientist to analyze and interpret large-scale datasets and develop advanced predictive and machine learning capabilities\nThis role combines data modeling, computational mathematics, statistical analysis, visualization, and AI/ML model development and deployment\nPrimary Responsibilities\nAnalyze large and complex datasets\nDevelop and apply data models and computational mathematics techniques\nPerform qualitative and quantitative analysis\nDevelop data visualizations and analytical products\nDesign, train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models\nPerform advanced statistical and predictive modeling\nProcess large datasets using distributed and cloud-based platforms\nCollaborate with technical and mission stakeholders to translate analytical needs into solutions\nRequired Qualifications\nMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph\nBachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 5 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position\nAI/ML experience\nStrong data analysis and modeling skills\nExperience with statistical and predictive modeling\nExperience developing data visualizations\nExperience working with large-scale datasets\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with Spark\nExperience with cloud data platforms\nExperience deploying AI/ML models in operational environments\nExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
