Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication-ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.\nJob Summary\nSeeking a Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems supporting mission and business applications\nThe successful candidate will work individually and as part of an Agile development team to design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and improve software components based on documented requirements\nThis position has a strong front-end focus, with Angular and RxJS experience highly desired, while supporting integration with Java/Spring Boot-based services and modern enterprise platforms\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems\nSupport processing-intensive analytics, large-scale data applications, real-time systems, and mission/business information systems\nAnalyze documented requirements and translate them into software designs and components\nDevelop responsive user interfaces using Angular and RxJS\nReview and test software components to ensure adherence to design and functional requirements\nDocument test results and resolve software problem reports\nDebug existing software and implement corrective actions\nApply software development and design methodologies appropriate to the operating environment\nProvide input to system and software design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS alternatives\nPerform requirements analysis and decomposition from system-level requirements to individual software components\nCollaborate with software engineers, systems engineers, testers, and other technical stakeholders\nSupport integration of front-end applications with back-end services, APIs, databases, and enterprise messaging platforms\nParticipate in code reviews, CI/CD activities, and technical documentation\nRequired Qualifications\nMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph\nBachelor's degree in related technical field\nMust possess demonstrated experience with at least 80% of the following technologies:\nJava\nSpring Boot\nMongoDB\nApache Kafka\nJava Message Service (JMS)\nKubernetes\nDocker\nContinuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)\n\nStrong experience developing, integrating, and supporting applications within modern containerized and distributed environments\nAbility to troubleshoot complex application and integration issues across development and deployment environments\nDesired Qualifications\nNo desired qualifications listed at this time\nExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
