We encourage our team members to grow and learn, and offer many opportunities for personal and career development.\nResponsibilities\nOversee and guide guest’s complete restaurant and bar experience\nConstruct and serve all alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for bar guests and table service\nProvide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, and energetic service at all times\nMaintain full menu knowledge for both food and beverage items, including all allergen information\nMaintain all approved beverage recipes to the provided specifications\nAdhere to all company service standards and protocols\nUtilize the POS system correctly for order entry and payment processing\nStock and prepare bar related items\nMaintain professional and warm guest communications\nRecognize key people in the industry, VIP guests and contacts related to the company and follow company protocol related to their visit\nCommunicate respectfully and clearly with service team and management\nEngage management for any escalated guest situations\nAdhere to Momofuku's Cleaning and sanitation SOPs\nAdditional service and/or operational tasks as determined by manager\nAdhere to grooming and dress code standards\nAssist teammates to anticipate all other FOH needs\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum one year of restaurant experience in a beverage-focused role\nA positive and enthusiastic attitude, as well as a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills\nExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills\nAbility to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest conflict\nWilling to accept guidance in a positive manner and implement the direction in a way that is productive for both you and the team\nAble to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time\nAbility to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of experience as a Head Bartender, Bartender, or related role in a restaurant with a comparable service style and/or cuisine\nAbility to train new Bartenders in all aspects and responsibilities of the role\nA proven track record of dependability and a continuous focus on learning and development\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
