The Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. We are a mission driven company that invites you to be a part of our family.\nThe starting wage is $17.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.\nWork hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am.\nPosition Responsibilities may include, but not limited to\nHandle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order\nAddress questions, and provide exceptional customer service\nInput order information into the appropriate client order screen\nDocument all conversations with client into client information database\nEnsure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file\nContact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients\nWork quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed\nRequired Skills and Experience\nHigh school degree or GED\n1 year of previous customer service experience\nPrevious knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)\nClear oral communication skills\nAbility to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints\nPrior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values\nPreferred Skills and Experience\n1 year of previous call center experience\nPrevious experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems\nPrevious experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures\nBilingual (English/Spanish) \nPhysical Requirements\nRepetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers\nSedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods\nVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus\nAt Mom’s Meals, we recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job.
