This as a senior RevOps hire: you run the operational machinery that keeps a fast-growing GTM org working, and you use data to tell leadership what's actually happening in the business and what to do about it.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn sales operations end to end: territories, quotas, comp plans, pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence, and the reporting the GTM team runs on\n\nDrive pricing and packaging strategy - model changes, run experiments, measure the revenue impact, and make the call on what we charge and how\n\nBuild the analytics dashboards and analyses for sales: pipeline conversion, rep productivity, win/loss, expansion, churn, and customer health, and turn it into decisions the team acts on\n\nPartner with sales and CX leaders on operational projects - process changes, tooling, handoffs, planning - and drive them to completion\n\nRun board- and leadership-level revenue reporting and planning, including annual and quarterly GTM plans\n\nBe the person who spots the problem in the numbers before anyone else does, and brings a recommendation, not just a chart\n\nWho We're Looking For\nMust-Haves\n2-4 years at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting, PE, or VC followed by 2+ years in a GTM, RevOps, or BizOps role at an early-stage startup\n\nExceptional with data: fluent in SQL and spreadsheets, comfortable building models from scratch, and able to explain the answer to a sales leader in one sentence\n\nStrong judgment on pricing and monetization, or the analytical horsepower to develop it quickly\n\nThrive with autonomy in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift weekly\n\nStrong Pluses\nYou've run sales operations before -
