You’ll work directly with founders and revenue leaders to stand up their outbound motion inside Monaco, while also building and refining the onboarding engine as we scale.\nYou are both:\nOperator: executing onboarding at a high level of quality and speed\n\nBuilder: constantly improving the process, tooling, and experience\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn onboarding end-to-end\nLead the full onboarding process from contract signature through go-live\n\nRun onboarding calls, align on ICP, TAM, signals, and outbound strategy\n\nEnsure customers are activated quickly and successfully\n\nDrive speed to value\nTranslate customer goals into a clear onboarding plan\n\nBuild and deliver high-quality TAMs, signals, and outbound setups\n\nEnsure customers are generating meetings as quickly as possible\n\nBe the operational backbone\nManage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across each onboarding\n\nCoordinate closely with Sales and Account Management for smooth handoffs\n\nExecute with high attention to detail across multiple accounts simultaneously\n\nBuild the onboarding engine\nCreate and refine onboarding playbooks, templates, and workflows\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and improve speed, quality, and scalability\n\nHelp define what “great onboarding” looks like at Monaco\n\nBe the voice of early customers\nSurface patterns, feedback, and friction points to Product and Engineering\n\nHelp shape the product based on real onboarding experience\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMust-haves\nHigh agency and ownership. You take responsibility and figure things out\n\nStrong operational mindset with attention to detail and execution quality\n\nComfortable working directly with founders, CROs, and GTM leaders\n\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and customers at once\n\nThrives in ambiguity.
